Order cut-off and in-store collection schedule:
1. Orders submitted online before 1PM will be available for in-store collection the same day before 6:00pm
2. Orders submitted online after 1PM will be available for in-store collection the next day after 3PM

A collection reminder e-mail will be sent once your order is ready for collection.

What to bring
To collect your order, simply visit our shop and present your printed order confirmation and the credit card used, AND a valid photo ID.

If sending a representative, the representative must present a photocopy of your valid photo ID together with a printed order confirmation and a photocopy of credit card used to make the purchase online 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  1. Return the items within 30 days from the day you received them. Use our free collection service with Speeder Courier for Hong Kong, with S.F. express for China or Macau and DHL for other districts. Costs incurred by using a different delivery service provider (including regular post) other the ones mentioned above, will not be shouldered by Simply Shoes.

  2. All returned or exchanged items must be unused, in their original condition and with product tags attached (if any).

    If the items include branded packaging, this must be also returned undamaged.

  3. Exchanging for a different size is based upon stock availability. If available, we can reserve the new size for you, and ship the item/s as soon as we receive the returned good/s.
     
    If the item is no longer in stock, please arrange for the goods to be returned to us so it can be refunded.

    To exchange your order for another style, please return the item first so it can be refunded, and purchase the new item separately.

  4. Delivery of the exchanged item/s will typically take at least 5-7 working days from when an item is received. If an exchange is not available and/or your preference is not indicated, we will issue you a refund via your original payment method except for COD, which will be refunded by cheque.
