Order cut-off and in-store collection schedule:
1. Orders submitted online before 1PM will be available for in-store collection the same day before 7:00pm
2. Orders submitted online after 1PM will be available for in-store collection the next day after 3PM

A collection reminder e-mail will be sent once your order is ready for collection.

What to bring
To collect your order, simply visit our shop and present your printed order confirmation and the credit card used, AND a valid photo ID.

If sending a representative, the representative must present a photocopy of your valid photo ID together with a printed order confirmation and a photocopy of credit card used to make the purchase online.
